At Dare Tags, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver premium-quality streetwear, and if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotional offers (unless received damaged or defective).
  • Gift cards or digital products, if applicable.

3. Exchange Policy

If you need a different size, we offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another available product or receive store credit, if applicable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the package
  • An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


5. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Dare Tags will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after receiving the product, subject to this policy.
